good to know

how do i earn credit?

every order earns credit back: 2%, 2.5% or 3% at cult, cult insider and cult inner circle. it is calculated on the amount you pay after discounts. shipping, gift wrap, gift cards and tax do not earn credit. creating an account earns pkr 1,000 credit.

how do tiers work?

your tier is based on what you spend over the last 12 months. at launch, purchases from the last 3 months count towards your tier.

how do i use my credit?

sign in, then choose apply store credit in the payment step at checkout. your balance is also shown in your account.

does credit expire?

each credit is valid for 12 months from the day it is added to your account.

what happens if i return something?

credit earned on a returned item is taken back.
