Return & Exchange Policy
Cult aims to provide its customers with a
seamless shopping experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our
comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy below.
Returns
Cult does not offer returns on any items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available under the
following conditions:
Customers must initiate the exchange request within 3 business
days of receiving the product
The product must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and
unwashed condition
Tags and packaging must be intact and in their original
condition
Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges
Customers may only exchange for a different size of the same
product originally purchased. Exchanges for entirely different products
are not permitted
Prior to initiating the exchange, customers must confirm the
availability of the desired size with Cult’s Customer Service team
A customer may only exchange an item once per order
Shipping and handling charges for exchanges will be borne by
the customer
Specific Guidelines for Product
Categories:
Footwear: Must be tried on with clean socks and on a carpeted
surface to avoid damage to the soles. The original dust bag and/or shoe
box must accompany the return and be placed inside a shipping box to
prevent transit damage.
Intimate Apparel and Swimwear: Must remain unworn, with the
original hygienic protection sticker intact (applies to lingerie, hosiery,
underwear, swimsuits, etc.).
Apparel: All original tags must remain attached. Take care to
avoid stains or damage from deodorant, makeup, or jewelry.
Self-Care Products: Must be returned unused, unaltered, sealed,
and in their original packaging. This applies to skincare, makeup, and
haircare products, excluding Dangerous Goods like fragrances and oils.
Homewear and Dangerous Goods: Products such as candles,
fragrances, oils, pressurized canned goods, electronics with batteries,
and kitchen goods (e.g., plates) are Final Sale and cannot be returned or
exchanged due to safety regulations and hygiene concerns.
Technology Products: Must include original manuals,
accessories, and manufacturer packaging. If sealed upon delivery, the seal
must remain intact.
Damaged or
Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or
defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to resolve the
issue.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our
Customer Service team. Customers must retain proof of the original invoice
until the exchange is fully processed. Cult reserves the right to refuse any
exchange request without this mandatory proof.
Important Notes
Cult Enterprises Private Limited
(hereinafter referred to as "Cult" or "cultstore.co")
reserves the right to reject any exchange requests that do not comply with this
policy. Rejected items will be returned to the original shipping address.
Warranty
Products purchased from Cult are subject to
the warranties of their respective manufacturers, if applicable. Cult does not
provide warranties for any products. For warranty claims, please refer to the
product’s user manual or contact the manufacturer directly.
Final Sale and Dangerous Goods
Some products, including Dangerous Goods
(e.g., candles, fragrances, oils, pressurized canned products, electronics with
batteries), are subject to shipping restrictions due to safety regulations.
These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Policy Abuse
Cult monitors for policy abuse, including
frequent returns. Accounts flagged for repeated violations may be restricted or
canceled. For concerns about sizing or product satisfaction, please reach out
to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Cult reserves the right to modify this
policy at any time without prior notice. Thank you for understanding and
supporting our efforts to maintain a fair and efficient policy for all
customers.
